sprint endurance for 100m


Is this good for endurance in 100m:

10x30m 1 min. rest between crouching start

Note: I’m a total begginer

Sprint endurance are sprints taking around 8-12 seconds I believe.

Thus, 3-4 80m-120m runs would work. full recovery is essiential (8-10 min)

speed endurance for the 100 meters is 80-120 meters, so base your speed endurance workout for the 100 meters around that distance.

i would say use 80 meters , 100 meters, and 120 meters as the 3 main distances for your 100 meter speed endrance.
