My folks picked this up for my Christmas gift…has anybody read it or would recommend it? It gives alot of tests in order to find where one’s weakness is in sprinting but the basic premise is that from 0-40y is acceleration and from 40-80y is top speed. Is this idea usable?
AS a book, it makes one heck of a beer coaster
is it the first or second edition? tom tellez joined forces with dintiman/ward and his expereience was great advice both training wise and especially biomechanically wise.don’t like the way work in yards, sprinters talk in metres but for the record i think 40y’s=35.5metres
It is the third edition.
