ok im training, doing squats and all that good stuff for basketball and i plan on doing track, so basicly im training for streingth and speed.
now ive bin told about running a little bit to help recovery on your off days or a off day (temp run i think).
now i think a tempo run is somthing like running at 70 % with a short rest in between like 5,6 times or somthing…
is this right? will it help recovery? and is there a way to help recover and speed at the same time?
sry if this sounds like stupid questions
