Speed endurance and weights

I would run and lift in the same session. Inseason I prefer to do total body lifting sessions to limit the stress on the CNS, if you wanna split the sessions up you could.

Mon:
Bench press 4x3
Rows 3x8

Wed:
Cleans 4x2
Squats 3x2-3

Fri:
Bench press 332
Pullups 3x10
