Special Strength Training

Anyone get “Special Strength Training: A Practical Manual for Coaches” by Yuri Verkhoshanski the inventor of plyometrics?


I have it. It’s “ok”. A lot of regurgitated material from his past works. I didn’t really pick up anything new.

It’s like 75 pages of literature and 50 pages of sample workouts. His sample workouts consist almost entirely of squat and depth jump.
