special endurance training

although my focus is rasing my accel and then max velocity speed. I do speed endurance runs on the third day like friday and if i dont have time on a saturday(should this be consistent or not?)

I was wondering early in the season that im increasing my speed, should i just focus on the three components accel/maxv/speed end and then worry 2-3 months from now on special endurance? Or should i do special endurance like maybe 1 or 2 reps at 250m or 300m with 20 mins in between reps during my speed endurance days as a last exercise for sprinting so early in the season? I did with my coach lots of intermediate speed runs and speed endurance runs with little rest that made it like intensive tempo. I did little speed work so now i gotta play catch up. I’m all alone on this one this time.
