Sadly, I have a serious condition where the pelvis bone on my right side is different in some way from that of that on the left! May be thats why I get all of my injuries in my right leg. The doctor told me I have some imbalances.
To fix it he told me that he needs to do some operation while I’m unconcious cause I’m not going to resist the pain. He said that he will put my feet sole against each other with my knees bent to the out side. Then push my heels towards my body ( so my knees come up like in the streching exercise.) Then he will push my knees to the ground. Its like an overstretch!! Then we will start working on the specific muscles from both sides. Charlie, I’m sure you know much about such things. Do you think that is something right to do. I feel bad about this I don’t know why.
The alternative is to give some injections in the pelvis area and do some deep massage and balance my muscles. I’m a bit in favor of this method but I really wanted your ideas people out there. Its really serious and my training is hanging on this. Thanks for everyone in advance.
That sounds scary. I’d like to see you try deep massage before anything else. drastic measures are a last resort- not a first one.
i would go see i chiropracter first for a second opinion. preferably an applied kinesiologist. surgery should be a last resort
thats what I thought of first. I guess after what u said I’m not gonna go with the idea of the operation anymore.
Thank u charlie
