Would you guys recommend skippin’ a good plyometric exercise which should be done all year round?

I’ve heard once that it helps decrease ground contact time when sprinting! is this true?


I would say that it’s a useful motor skill to maintain. I’ve been shocked to see many people and kids even, unable to skip. Other than that, I don’t know where it falls.

Yea it can if your doing it right,(not being lazy) we start all our work outs with skipping.
