Notes - knee still hurting, starting the job search applied to 10 companies so far, have received 3 interviews for the next 2 weeks from BAE, Ernst & Young, and M&T Bank, hopefully get a couple more interviews from the companies I applied to. Also plan to apply to some marketing positions.
Also starting to make a googlepage address/blog so once I get that going in somewhat useable shape I will post that.
What kind of time differentials have you seen between your handtiming in training and race times in the past (assuming you’ve handtimed yourself previously)?
No idea, really have never used them before this year, I guess we will have a better idea in about 2 months. I am going to try to get a few more runs taped here in the near future, so maybe that will give a better estimate.
I had to make this site for class, so its a work in progress. If anyone has some constructive critisism let me know. Any advice is appreciated. I basically made it to use as a homepage for myself, but hopefully some other people will look at it just so I can refine it. I will hopefully be adding some cooler stuff as I learn it in class. Its so hot right now my electric bill jumped from $50 to $300 this month. I wish RJ would stop all this global warming stuff, its really hot right now.

I dont understand what you are so upset about. I dont understand how me linking you to the temperature can be seen as offensive, it is actually meant to be the opposite. You shouldnt be taking this the wrong way. If anyone shud b upset it should be me for becuz my electric bill went up so much.
Its starting to heat up here, that is correct for that full minute to make the post i didn’t have anything better to do or obviously I wouldnt have been doing, what a great conclusion I have nothing better to do than what I am doing. That sounds like optimization to me.

Diet consists of shyt basically grease food for lunch and snacks for dinner. Try to get about 2250 calories other than that probably worse food possible.

I had a big long post written, but its not worth the continue back in forth. To sum up what I had written is my status has changed and I have a work day that is roughly 12-16hrs long, if I thought people here were actually looking for something insightful, I would post something insightful, but with the methodologies and posts I see 90% of the people here using, I will stick to that level of response.
