Notes - toe is starting to feel better, going to attemp to run tomorrow though not sure whether or not it will be at 100% also accidently picked up protein instead of creatine the other day, same carton different name on the front so going to start taking that and also upping my load of creatine from about 2-3g to 5+ grams in order to get the bench up the last little bit so hopefully hit at least 315 sometime in the not so distant future. Also hopefully break 6.50h in the not so near future so that I know I have a shot of break 6.6e this upcoming winter.

Do you guys use explosive squats? Does the new DVD say to train ballistically? Just wondering. Thanks.

Notes - toe was still bothering me couldnt push off as well for the first 25m, the last 20-30m was probably still equivalent to before. Will probably do a tempo day and maybe some jumps once more this week. Then next week go at the 55m again and if I dont approve go up to 70m, not too worried about the 55m because from 40-70 is where I will need the most work going into indoor so I will need the work anyhow, then after the 70’s I will either go up to 100+ or split one day short distance one day overdistance.

Notes - felt very strong on the runs, actually didnt feel like i was dying the last 20, only like the last 5 or 10. I know thats pathetic to die in a 55, but hey its an improvement for me. The runs were actually into a slight headwind. Its starting to feel like fall though, so in a few weeks it will probably be sweats for the runs.
Also still having back aches.

Can’t believe I ran 6.44 felt like shit, can tell by the next 2 runs, note this is hand time as my actual time is probably like 6.75-6.8 and I know this. Also I think i’m going to drop the bench back down to higher reps around 6-8 just to keep the back less sore, plus I cant really advance because I dont have a spotter so I cant really push weights I’m not sure I will get. Also starting to get cooler like upper 60’s so I want to get in a few good 70’s sometime soon before it gets too cool.

Notes - awesome day to run, mid/upper 70’s and almost no wind (just slight side wind). Felt good in the runs, need to get that top speed up some though to hit some good times. But both were bests for my handtiming right now, the question is how much of an indicator is the handtiming, we will find out in a couple months I guess.

Notes - I guess happy with the 8.00 much better than I expected, but the times were all over the place, dont know if it was because of inaccurate timing or inaccurate running, obviously i expected the drop off as i suck after 55, but unsure what to think of the first time.

Yea I tried that before. For some reason it was counting every frame as ~.0345 seconds but my camera is 30 fps so it should be .0333 seconds per frame unless I’m just dumb. Now I just count frames and divide by 30 to get my time. What time/frame does it give you?

Its on my laptop I’ll let you know next time I have it out, sometime this week.
