Is there a thread anywhere on the archives specifically about the short to long philosophy. I know it is mentioned in places on other threads, but is there just one thread about it and how it works?
On that, will it be covered in detail by Charlie in his new manual which is due when?
Pete, thanks I have read the new e-book thoroughly, but I am still not happy with some aspects. I understand clearly the idea behind it, as well as most of the training interactions but I am not completely clear on how Charlie seems to develop the speed/special endurance capacities.
I remember reading some threads about this in the past? Anyone have any reference to those? Rupert?
