Charlie , this year things are going great…we are running very good times in training, especially over 40m, whereas I notice a difiiculty to express strength on the first 3-4 steps…actually they seem a bit shorter than last summer.
We are unloading weights, the only difference between last year is that we can perfomr less bounding because of tibia pain.
After the start, there is more speed than ever, but , there seems to be this kind of difficulty to get in motion.
If they are going faster, they are probably getting out lower which forces the feet down sooner to keep them from falling. Shouldn’t be a problem
