Short Sprints Training

It’s just like running A drills on dry land. Unless you get extension you’re not getting the full workout.

Question, for short sprints what would the length of SE sprints be? 60m?

In a triple periodization plan, SE could be 60m with breaks between reps moving from 4.5 to 10min or more as the SPP progresses. rep numbers will be highly individual and variable.
