I was wondering if there is any legitimacy to training the abs with low reps heavy weight??? I ask this because I recall CF saying in the Vancouver Seminar tapes with Ian King, something along the lines of the abs being predominantly white fibers and should be trained with high reps. Thanks for any feedback!
Predominantly Red, thus high reps/low intensity. Any high intensity power contribution from the abs is already covered in the high intensity work itself (ie sprints, explosive med ball, plyos, weights) Don’t look for more ways to trash the nervous system
