sets/reps and rest interval for strenght

Ive just been training for size for a while now so i was wondering what number of sets/reps and what lenght of rest intervals are optimal for strenght training.

Under 6 reps (5-8 sets) for core/power lifts. And under 4 reps for olympic lifts. 8 reps for anxillary stuff is fine.
Recovery should be near full.
