Can anyone please share sauna protocols (can’t find old stretching and massage thread, its somewhere in my room)? I was thinking like 15 minutes then 5 minutes outside and then another 15 with the cold towel on head when in the sauna.
A sauna protocol I was given is

Lie on floor until you start to sweat (beading) go out and wipe it off)

Repeat above on next one or 2 levels.

Go to the last level and stay there for 15 minutes.
I have only tried it a couple of times (due mainly to time) but it seems to work. Took me about 30 to 35 minutes from memory
