Off course compared to the other leg exercises he has in there :stuck_out_tongue:

Pretty similar to a high bar oly style fullsquat. The bar puts the weight in the centre of the body. So if you put the bar high on your traps, that’s pretty similar, except the safety bar is much more comfortable.p

Frontsquats as well, but you can’t lift as much weight here, and it’s definitely not comfortable :slight_smile:
