Bolt runs into headwinds cause they’re paying him 250,000 to do it.
If you get to a meet and the conditions don’t serve to advance your cause, adjust your plan to make those very same conditions work for you.
A 3m wind at your back can generate a new speed of movement pattern that you can capitalize on later. It’s not so much as there was any harm- just a missed opportunity to advance your training.

Though I have read running acceleration sprints into headwinds and then switching into tailwinds for max.V , would it work well? Or no real difference.
