So apparently they are a great excercise, but I’ve never seen a machine that would simulate the motion in my gym. Could reverse hypers be used as a replacement for reverse leg press? thanks
its a squat faceing the ground, it does wonders
for explosive starts, and great for soccer guys.

You can do them on a hip sled

For example, put your right shoulder on the headrest (facing the headrest) and put your right leg up on the sled. Helps to have an adjustable “seat” on your hip sled.
