Reved up

Yesterday I had a particulary good sprinting session. Yesterday after the session and today i’ve been really reved up. I feel slightly agiated too. Has anyone else had this happen to them after sprinting.Last night I had a difficult time falling a sleep.Im just curious if this is a coming phenomenon.

could it be an elevation in your test levels after a quality workout? was it inside or outside? studys have shown that sunlight increases test levels, so the 2 put together…just a thought.
