Anyone ever heard of this?
I was approached by a distributor for this product. I never heard of it and looking for feedback.

It supposed to prevent many diesease including cancer and help humans live longer. THey are still testing it from what I understand and is not fda approved. I wouldnt buy it from anyone until it is approved by the fda. THey had a special on 60 minutes about it and a pharmaceutical company is still working on it. They said it should be ready for mass production in about 5 yeas.
There is a lot of promising research in the anti-aging and anti-cancer areas with this compound. Don’t know about others, but I am a big fan of both of those things…
As far as waiting on FDA approval goes, I’m not sure why that is necessary…??..
Nobody is waiting on FDA approval for creatine/glutamine/or whey protein are they?
There is plenty of science around to back its veracity. However the extracts are poorly absorbed. People go to great lengths to increased the absorbtion. This makes it rather difficult to get value for your money from it.
Interestingly the reason wine is recommended over grape juice is that the alcohol actually increases absorption.
It’s a very interesting chemical. There’s controversy over using it in extracts due to rapid oxidation. Biotest claims the oxidation rate turns out to be surprisingly low and it’s more stable than thought. Bill Sardi claims only his version is stable.
It occurs naturally in red wine (pinot noir has the highest concentration I believe), so I’d rather get it directly from the wine, because chances are there are other naturally occurring compounds in the wine that make it more effective.
Agreed.
Probably the best way to take the extract would be to make a tincture with vodka.
And as an extra plus, that way you also get a glass of wine out of it
