how long should i rest between my sprints. i plan on goin 90-100% during the reps. so far i rest about 5 min between reps. should i decrease it or increase the time in between.

The common rule of thumb is rest 1 minute for every 10 meters traveled. I follow this up to about 150. Then for 200’s i may take 15-20 mins and for 300’s i take 20.
I feel that I run faster if I give 1.5 minutes, at least up to 150m.

how about this?
I’d say 5 min for 50’s and 60’s, 10min for the 150/200’s and walk back for the 100m tempo runs.
5 mins for the 50’s and 60’s may be fine and 10 mins may possibly be fine for the 150’s though i feel a little better with 15 and definatley 15-20 for 200’s. Without that recovery i find it hard to run at 95-100%.
