How much do you need to rest in these plyos exercises?

How much do you need to rest in these plyos exercises?

for plyos take full recovery (usually 3-5 mins, sometimes 7-10). Usually the more advanced you are the more rest you might need. One tip is take 15 seconds extra after you feel and think you are ready to perform the next set. Your CNS takes that much longer to recover then u feel.
So when I do depth jump with a barrier I need full rest?
