Is it good to use draggers or chutes for a better 40 time? i am kind of curious about these cause a lot of the articles i am reading are saying the weighted draggers are great… just want to get everyones take on that… charlie?
No , because it would mess with your running form
Actually, using a chute or a sled would not mess up your sprinting form. Using ankle weights, for example, is something that would mess that up.
Using resistance running would help, but cannot be the only routine used.
keep the resistance limited to an amount that will slow the time over a 30yards/meters by 10%. It doesn’t take much.
