Hey guys, I need some advice. From what my coach says I am really tight/tense in my upper body when I run. Shoulders get all jacked up arm action gets tight, this apperantly is an issue!! I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to stay relaxed while sprinting, do you think about anything stuff liek that?

try and breath and relax don’t force it. in there 9.77’s powell and gatlin look like 5k runners they’re so relaxed.

try working on having your Jaw relaxed too. If you feel your jaw and cheeks bouncing around, you should be relaxed?
