Does this drill look as if it will be a beneficial part of speed workout?
3 Sets of:
- 10 jump squats with light weights
- 30 seconds of quick step-ups on low plyo box
- run 40 yd dash
This drill requires participants to complete one drill after another with 1 minute rest between each task and recommended recovery between each set.
