what does everyone do here for recovery after practice? generally ill ice my knees or hamstrings depending on soreness have a hot shower and then stretch it out for about 45 minutes, i also have a set of mobility excersises that i would like to do but dont know if its a good idea on top of the stretching, plus they are high jump mobility (ps i am really inflexible)
