recovery phase

Right now I have just ended my season of racing and also injured my back.(see my post in regeneration/recovery) If I wasn’t waiting to have my back get better what would I do now? Normally I would continue to ride ect. But since I have changed my training somewhat to include Charlies ideas how might this change? A.K.A I now lift all season long and do tempo. Would I continue with the lifting/tempo and reduce the volume of those,the intensity or both?
