Recovery from Hamstring strain

Hi I
have a young female 400/200m sprinter who has a grade 1 hamstring strain and is due to come back to track training soon as her physio gives her the Ok.
What type of sessions should i be doing to get her fitness and speed back up before the summer track season starts.

i would start with some lite accel work building out and tempo runs, circuits for her general fitness. i would also stress the strength work also.

Thanks for the link. we have kept some of the strength work going on the adice of the physio. Did 10 x 10m accl. work on Tuesday and some tempo work on grass last night 2 x 10 x 100m. Any advice on how to start progressing this ?
