Can anybody point me to some posts or provide advise on protocols for recovery between races during a competition day.
I find it easier with shorter intervals when I can stay warm, and much harder with longer breaks.

I dont do anything. I basically wait untill the next race and perform a couple of striders and starts. Not to say thats the correct way to do it but it works for me.
