Hello!
Here is a lot infos about this, but not in one place (long threads and lot of disagreements).
My Q is, what are main plans and methods after CNS burnout? Does exist “good-for-all” proceeding?

Time off w/ lots of rest and relaxtion. That is probably going to be the first thing to do and from there you can begin to look at other options. Most people I know seem to have better CNS recovery when they have pleasant things going on outside of training… take that for what you will.
I think what would be more important is looking at the things that caused burnout, what to change for the future, and how to get back into training eventually.
The best advice is to be proactive BEFORE the breakdown occurs. One of Charlie’s themes is that after a series of spectacular workouts you must pull back for 10 days to just tempo and no workouts over 95%. Also, if you have a significant PR in a workout, cut the workout short right then.
If you’ve already gone over the edge, start with 10-14 days of tempo and no hard wokouts (everything < 95%), and remember that weights are a large CNS load and need to be cut back to maint or off. After the 10-14 days, see how you recover, and whether you’re ready to come back to hard(er) training or whether you need yet more time off.
Nintendo Wii. If that don’t work. Nothin will.
I just bought a Wii and some of the Games have speedwork in built in them! Like Warioware for instance…won’t help the burnout haha
