Quick Question.

How long into a plyometrics program does it take for the workouts to kick in? Frequency 2x week

I started about 1 month ago, but my legs are still sore and crap and i think my legs are still in “break down mode”
HOw much longer before i feel it AND it shows?

If you are still sore and feel like crap after a month of the same thing, what will change?

i change up the exercises Mon/Thurs or Tues/Fri
plyo boxes, weighted vest, bounding, diff jumps…

Is this a joke? You just answered your own question! If you keep changing plyo exercises how are you not going to be stiff and sore? Two words: Adaptation stiffness.
