quick leg drills?

Can anyone give a description of quick leg drills for me?

Charlie mentioned using bounding to increase stride length and quick leg drills for speed.

The only “quick leg drills” I know of are A’s, B’s, some quick feet/ankling drills and high knee running (I dont perform C’s anymore)

Can anyone help a brother out? :help:



There is one I do, don’t know what it’s officially called, but I call them dead leg. Basically it’s similar to B skip, but instead of skipping with both legs, you drag one leg behind and the other does the B skipping action. Hope that made sense cos it sure confused me!!
