Question about day to day activities

What days should i be lifting during spp? here is my day to day scheduale (sp?):
SPP: (7 weeks)
Monday - Acc. Dev.
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - Ext. Tempo
Wednesday - Int. Tempo
Friday - Hills
Also I’ve been hearing that Int. tempo is not good, what should i do to replace int. tempo?

Leave the intensive tempo for General prep. if at all. Move to split runs during Special Prep.

what are split runs?

Like 150-150 with 5min b/t reps and full recovery b/t sets or 250/30sec/4x60 Split Runs come in many forms.

Lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday if you can handle 3x’s a week. If not, just go Monday/Friday.

"150-150 with 5min b/t reps and full recovery b/t sets "

??? i never heard of a split run done that way

I lift everyday and run every once in a while just to stay in some kind of shape. Will all that lifting hurt me in anyway.

whats the intensity of these split runs?
I’m thinking about like 200 85% and 100 95% x4. How much rest in between the 200 and 100? Also, how much rest between each run?

i do my split runs normally as broken 300’s or broken 400’s.

200 (85%) rest 90 sec 100 (85-90%) rest 7 mins between sets. id do 3-4 sets.

Ok cool exactly what I was thinking seeing that the longest individual event i will be running is the 300. so 90 sec. between reps and 7 min between sets. How do you determine the rest, by expiriment or distance? Also, would it be beneficial to do 400 split runs or stick with ur farthest distance for the season?

Quik - I was unsure about the setup of those split runs b/c you know I use a different type. Thanks for clarifying.
