Alright, what’s happened to me is I pulled my quad training and then after icing and heating it for a week it felt good and I went back to running. But as soon as I got into the high intensity stuff I repulled it again. I then sat out for over 2 weeks and I was able to come back and sprint with it, I ran a 150 and a bunch of 50s with it and then all of a sudden I run a 200 meter and I didn’t repull it it just felt terrible right after.
Any suggestions on what could be the problem or how to fix it. I don’t want to have to be dealing with this while competing and would like to fix it as soon as possible, I’ll be icing it and heating is again until my next meet.
