Proprioceptive Training/ Techniques

Do you guys do any Proprioceptive training with your athletes. I am thinking about adding some w/ my athletes this fall for 2-3 days/week.

What do you guys do for those who have this in their systems?

Subsequent to strength training, and prior to specific speed sessions, we alternate single leg hops over low hurdles followed by single/double leg box jumps.

proprioceptive training develops for the most part the slower feeback system which is not used during balistic muscle actions like you would find in sprinting jumping football etc. the feedforward system is what is used during the balistic activities above mentioned and it is not trained during propprioceptive training.
