progressive squat load

try this i did… sat march 14…2007

315 15 reps…4 min rec
315 15 reps… 3/1/2 min rec
315 15 reps… 3 min rec
315 15 reps… 2/1/2 min rec
315 15 reps 2 min rec… i died on my last rep

no warmup prior, on cold muscles…

all reps are to the ground and recovery time is
dead on, weight must be on back and moving b4 time runs out… my last 2 reps i sufferd alot.
