hi i need help using the CFTS for long jump. I was working on the short to long for the first 12 weeks but dropping one of the se endurance running session as i fdeel theres enough volume for a long jumper my traiingh is
mon- sprints weights plyos etc
tues - tempo 1600m max core etc
wed as mon but speed
thursd - tempo core
Friday Rest
saturday - technical jumps and runway work ´- which will have elements of upto 30m sprints
sunday core - rets tempo etc
wher do i go from the 12 week cycle in spp1 and do you feel this is an appropriate programe obviously iin the summer monnths more technical work will come in and somthing has to give of the se will be combined after the jumps i need help
