Vertical Program and Lifting Program
Weeks 1-3
Monday:
- Depth Jumps 5x5
- No Arm Hops 3x6
- Laundry Jumps 2x14
- Squats 3x6
- Lunges 3x6
- GHRs 3x8
- Calf Raises 3x10
Core and ankle work:
2 supersets of the core exercises - Reverse Crunch-10 reps
- Twisting Crunch- 10 reps
- V-Crunch- 10 reps
- Crunch- 10 reps
- Supermans 2x10
Wednesday:
- 1 leg bodyweight squat 3x10
- 1 legged calf raises
Core and ankle work:
2 supersets of the core exercises - Reverse Crunch-10 reps
- Twisting Crunch- 10 reps
- V-Crunch- 10 reps
- Crunch- 10 reps
- Supermans 2x10
Friday:
- Squats 3x6
- Lunges 3x6
