i know cf said in the gpp all plyos should be going up and not down, im wondering what kind of jumps and vol r u guys using?

ok so im on track, im just during box jumps and my fatigue regulation test with the slj each cns day, after my gpp i will move to, box jumps, depth jumps, hurdle jumps
