I need some help planning out the next three weeks training for a triple jumper who has to compete at our junior national champs on the 1st of April.
I’d like to follow the CFTS method of low, medium, high, medium, which Charlie do over four weeks in order to peak. I however do not have four weeks.
Would the peak still work if I do it in four blocks of four days each, or should I simply drop the first week?
