if you watch the Paris (on Espn 2 today) race you’ll see Torri Edwards run great for 80m. After that things kinda fell apart – yet she ran low 11’s. She’s ready to run fast (in fact in Rome she flew to a new PR over 200m). Just interesting to see how close she is to being in medal contention.

After watching Rome, I think Kelli may be carrying an injury. She is not right. It was really apparent in the 200. The last 10m looked sinister to me.
Also, in the 100, Chandra was 50-75cm ahead at 10m. Kelli came out gingerly. Always a sign that something could be wrong in the hamstring area don’t you think!
Torri Edwards was awesome in the Rome 200 and I agree she looked really good in the Paris 100. Really nice form.
yeah… something didn’t look right, but she’s still running fairly fast… so i think once she’s able to get back “home” and rest she’ll be good to go.
