Is Overreaching necesarry for improvening performance?Or is enough more Intensity?
How to measure (with tests) Overreaching?
In phase Loading(1 or 2 or max 3 weeks) if performance falls below 85% for more that 1 or 2 workouts to do Unload(for 1 or 2 week)…is correct?
Instead if you are capable of setting personal records ,you not Loading hard enough…
