Charlie i was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am having trouble at the end of my 100/200’s where i find myself over striding. Also, im not hitting underneath myself and my toe ® does not seem to be getting enough flexion. Could you suggest some drills/training which could help fix this problem. Thanks
