Opinions on extended warmups (30+ minutes)?

Whats up guys,

I will begin training for track again very shortly, and was wondering what your thoughts were on extende warmups. By extended, I mean 30 minutes of continuous movement. I have done this warmup in the past, and found that I had been more prepared for my workout (thus having better a workout) than I ever had been. This is just an example, but I would like to know your opinions on whether it would be detrimental to training. My idea now is to do it before low intensity days, but what do you think about high intensity days. Here is what I have been doing:

GPP Circuit (approx 8 minutes):
5x20 seconds in circuit fashion:
-Jumping Jacks
-Split Squats
-Burpees
-Wall Kickthroughs (dynamic stretch)
-Bicycle Crunches

Rope Work:
4x3 minutes with 1 minute rest in between

Hurdle Mobility:
-Right/Left leg over hurdle 10 times each leg (3 sets)
-Duck under hurdle

Dynamic Stretching:
-Various dynamic stretches that I have found useful, could be considered a “tumbling” type workout

Ab Circuit:
-100 reps

That is it, I am interested to hear opinions on this. Would it be too much to do on a high intensity day?

I can’t stand exnteded warmups. Its annoying.
