Online articles by Zatsiorsky or Siff

Anyone have links? (if there are any?)

Thanks,
Ron

Hey Ron,

You probably already know about the supertraining list but if you don’t here’s a link to the archives:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Supertraining/messages/1?threaded=1

So much knowledge from Mel in there it’s unbelievable… almost like this site!

Nearly every post of his is an article in itself.

Best,

Erik

I never thought of just researching all his old posts on there, good idea. I subscribe to the digest, it’s not the same anymore without Mel on it. Still good though. Mel was sure a nice person too, even emailed with him a bit.

Thanks for the idea!
Ron

Here is the google group of all the archives of mels from the supertraining group. The search engine is great and you can find info on almost any topic.
you just have to sighn up and become a member.

Also i remember there was alot of talk a few months back on DB Hammer. There are many many posts listed by siff as he sorts out all the language that DB uses and what it all really means. Very useful and funny!!!

Cool, thanks I’ll check that out  What’s DB Hammer?

I know years ago I found a site that had a bunch of Mel’s articles on it, I must have lost the bookmark, rats.

Thanks for the info. and links, most appreciated

Whoa, cool, this’ll keep me busy, thanks guys!

I’ve a question that isn’t this topic. I wanted to read the thing in Yahoo, so I signed up and joined the supertraining group. But know when I want to read something there is only a

“Your membership in the group Supertraining is still pending. You will be able to access this page once the moderator has approved your membership.”

My question is whether the moderator will approve my membership by himself or whether I have to ask him to.
Annotation: I’m from Germany so I have no idea of Yahoo!
