One Legged Plyos All Day Long

My knee is telling me that it is seriously messed up. I have no clue how it got that way. Hopefully I’ll be seeing a doc before I get patellar tendonitis in the other one from all the one-legged hopping. Any tips for killing the pain until I can see an orthopedist?

One legged hopping is a sure way to get injured. I don’t think any of the experienced coaches on the forum prescribe one legged hops or plyos for any of their athletes (a few tripple jumpers exempt). For the pain: ICE. And stay as far away from one-legged hops.

It was a joke herb… because I have to stay off my other foot at times I’m doing a lot of hopping around
