Okay i searched didnt really find anything… Im a freshman in college i run the 100,200, 4x1… My season is coming to an end at the end of May and i was wondering what type of program to run during the offseason. I am going to be keeping a very strong weight training schedule but am not sure of what to do for the sprint training. I was thinking of something along the lines of under 100m… 3x60, 2x20 with blocks 2x100 etc… ANy help towards developing this program would be great… Also, where could i go about to find a coach in the Chicagoland Area that i may be able to touch bases with for training tips during the offseason… Anyone interested heh
what is it with chicago do you guys not have a track coach anywhere?
i am in wicker park at present…
its not that we dont have coaches… its the lack of good coaches.
