Need some help putting togather a weight program

Sup all well i know i havn’t been postin in a while. But, its never to late to start :smiley:

I havn’t llifted weights in over a year and then i only lifted for 3 months. Well currently i am 18 years old, 6’1, 143lbs i want to put 30-40 Ilbs.

I ran the 100m and the 200m pb are 11.33 fat and 23.03 fat.
I dont have the leg strengh to get into sprint position.

I plan on lifting 5 days aweek

by the way my weightroom numbers were bench 170lb squat 185 power clean 160lb

5 days a week? way to much…look at what i put up for me in the where should i put plyo’s thread. but id keep weights to at most 3x a week…what about ur sprinting program, whats that look like?
