Indoor Track starts in the end of November - beginning of December. I need help developing a good track training program and nutrition guide. I plan on running mainly 200m and 400m.
Age: 16 (Junior in Highschool)
Goal: Become faster and gain more endurance
If anyone who has experience regarding track and can help me develop a good program + nutrition please reply! Also if you know any good track sites where I could learn a lot from post them as well. Thanks in advance!
